good training for abs!who try this exercise?
i did)) i've been trained this way by my wife. Jumps are good too)
me too, but only the way, that I stood on my gf stomach. and together with one 33lbs weight plate in each of my hands. So, all in all, I stood with combined weight of nearly 250 lbs on the abs of my gf. and she still showed me then very much ab flexing.

Yes and No. Her overall muscles were on a level of a todays figure athlete, but not a light-, middle- or heavyweight woman. But every woman or man, who trains, has one or more favourite muscle areas, which she or he loves most to train. And so, my ex gf named her stomach, the trapezius muscles and shoulder muscles as her favourite parts. Her legs and also arm muscles were very good builded, but not so damned definied, than her favourite parts. I know, that you read my stories. And I am sure, you read the forst 3 parts of my ABSolicious story, in which my ex gf took place. I plan a part 4 and 5. In part 4 I will describe some abs training routines/exercises, which will be not se regular exercises, because they include belly punching. Means, that she made a normal ab exercise and in a special moment/part of the exercise, I punched her then and her work was it, to still continue the exercise. In part 5 I will describe then real belly punching, in different position, clenched, hanging, kicks and all, what is named as belly punching. But first I have to write 2 other stories. I think, those parts 4 and 5 will not come for february 2009.
What happens with her ? Why she was die?
January 12th, 2003. She was driving back from a birthday party. On the fast track, she wanted to overtake a truck. The police found out, that the truck shaked during his drove. And in the moment, where she wanted to overtake him, the truck shaked again and pushed her car to the middle border, the border between the two lanes of a fast track. Her car flew over the border and came down on the other side of the track. The car started burning and my gf was unconscious. Because it was far after midnight, the track was not so full and first minutes later a car saw this burning car, but at that moment, everything was long over for her. She was pregnant in the 4,5 month. Both, she and baby died, burned out. She was only 26. They never found the truck or the dirver.
